These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Font Keyboard mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. App Functionality and User Responsibility

Font Keyboard is a utility application designed to provide custom fonts, text art, and symbols directly through a custom keyboard extension. You acknowledge and agree that:

Content Legality: You are responsible for the text you generate and share using the App. You agree not to use the App to harass, spam, or generate illegal content.
Platform Compatibility: Font Keyboard utilizes standard Unicode characters to create font styles. We cannot guarantee that all fonts and symbols will render perfectly across every third-party application, website, or older devices.
Data Privacy: We provide the keyboard functionality without logging your keystrokes. Your typing remains private and is processed locally.

2. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewable In-App Purchases

The App may offer premium functionalities (such as unlocking all exclusive fonts, premium themes, text arts, and removing ads) via auto-renewable subscriptions ("PRO Subscriptions"). By purchasing a PRO Subscription, you agree to the following billing terms:

Payment: Payment will be charged to your app store account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App or its font generating algorithms.
Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
Extract the fonts or artwork from the App to use in other commercial software.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, graphics, custom keyboard layouts, code, and text, are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand identity.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that all fonts will display correctly on all devices, platforms, or operating system versions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we, our affiliates, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the App to generate text.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
